What are the transaction fees?
EventEz charges a commission of 5% + 100 XAF per ticket sold on all plans, including the free plan. This commission covers payment processing costs and platform usage.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No, all our plans are commitment-free. You can cancel at any time and you'll only be billed for the period you used.
How does the free trial work?
The 14-day free trial gives you access to all Essential plan features. No credit card is required to get started. At the end of the trial period, you can choose to move to a paid plan or return to the Free plan.
