How do I create an event on EventEz?
To create an event, you must first sign up as an organizer. Once logged in, go to your dashboard and click 'Create an event'. Then follow the form steps to configure all the details of your event.
What payment methods are accepted?
EventEz accepts several payment methods suited to the African market, including MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, as well as Visa and Mastercard credit cards for international payments.
How does EventEz ticketing work?
Our ticketing system lets organizers create different ticket types with custom quotas and sales periods. Attendees receive an electronic ticket with a QR code that can be scanned at the event entrance via our mobile app (even in offline mode).
What are EventEz's usage fees?
EventEz applies a 5% commission on every ticket sold for paid events. For free events, using the platform is entirely free. Premium features are also available via our monthly subscription plan.
Is EventEz available internationally?
Yes! EventEz works everywhere in the world, with payment methods suited to each region: Mobile Money and cards in Africa (NotchPay, CinetPay), international cards and bank transfers elsewhere. Currencies and time zones are handled automatically.
