EventEz is a complete event management platform, available everywhere in the world. We let organizers create, manage and promote their events, while giving attendees a smooth experience to discover events, register and **stay connected** through our built-in pro messaging (with anti-spam and QR connections).

Our ticketing system lets organizers create different ticket types (standard, VIP, early bird, etc.), set quotas and sales periods, and accept payments via MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money and other local payment methods. Attendees receive their tickets by email and can present them at the event entrance via QR code.

EventEz adapts to all types of events: concerts, conferences, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, sporting events, weddings, and much more. Our platform is flexible enough to meet the needs of many event formats.

Absolutely! EventEz lets organizers create fully customized registration forms with different field types (text, selection, date, etc.), required or optional fields, and even conditional logic to tailor the attendee experience.

Yes! EventEz is designed to work everywhere in the world. Our platform adapts to each region's payment methods: Mobile Money and cards in Africa (NotchPay, CinetPay), international cards and bank transfers elsewhere. Currencies and time zones are handled automatically.

Our built-in pro messaging lets attendees and organizers exchange in real time (WebSocket), with photo, document and voice message sharing. Every event also has its own auto-created group chat. For direct messages between strangers, we apply a LinkedIn-style anti-spam filter: requests land in a separate inbox, and you accept or decline them.

Every user can generate a temporary QR code (valid for 10 minutes) from their profile. When someone scans it on-site during an event, you automatically become direct contacts and can message each other freely, without going through the 'Requests' inbox. It's the equivalent of exchanging a digital business card, secured with an HMAC signature.

In your privacy settings, you can choose from 4 levels: 'Everyone' (strangers land in requests), 'Connections & events' (your QR contacts and co-attendees only), 'Connections only' (the strictest), or 'No one'. Your direct connections can always message you, regardless of your choice.
